We specialize in providing consulting services, design evaluations, and power quality assistance for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Our mission is simple: to help communities, contractors, and organizations build energy systems that are both resilient and adaptable.

A key part of our vision is helping clients decentralize the flow of power and achieve energy independence. By equipping homes and facilities with distributed energy resources (DERs), we enable people to take control of how electricity is produced, stored, and consumed. Whether through solar integration, storage solutions, or grid optimization, we help our clients strengthen their energy resilience.
Supporting Utilities and Infrastructure
In addition to working with individual clients, RDEPower provides expertise to utilities and contractors by conducting distribution system studies and offering support on interconnection requirements. Our background in regulatory compliance and engineering design allows us to streamline the connection process, reducing delays and ensuring projects move forward efficiently.
Global Foundation and Future Growth
We are developing a dual-service model with business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) offerings, and we plan to introduce online tools and downloadable engineering resources through a tailored e-commerce platform.

Our founders hold Professional Engineer (PE) licenses in Arizona, California, Florida, and Texas, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Carlos Rivera, PE, PMP®, MBA
Co-Founder
Carlos Rivera is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer with a strong background in electrical engineering, sustainable energy systems, and large-scale utility infrastructure.
He has more than ten years of experience delivering innovative solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, specializing in distributed energy resources, utility-scale interconnections, power quality, and system resilience.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and MBA graduate from Florida Atlantic University, Carlos has held significant engineering positions at Arizona Public Service, Salt River Project, PPL Electric Utilities, and Duke Energy.
His leadership and technical expertise propel RDEPower’s dedication to assisting businesses and communities in achieving greater energy independence through intelligent design and consulting.
